HEALTH CLEARANCE

​

Certain medical conditions and/or medications may interfere with the your ability to have this service. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to have this service done. If you show up to the appointment and we are unable to perform the service due to your oversight, the appointment will be cancelled and you will lose any deposit paid. Below is a list of some of the contraindications that will affect eligibility. If you have any other health complications or diseases not listed below, please consult with your doctor to make sure lash extensions are safe for you.

 

DO NOT BOOK IF YOU:​

  • Have ANY sort of contagious/infectious condition or disorder

  • Have any eye infections, conjunctivitis (pink eye), etc.

  • Have any signs of eye irritation/abnormality - redness, puffiness, discharge , etc.

  • Have any open wounds and/or skin irritations near eyes 

  • Have had recent surgery (including cosmetic) near the eyes (must wait 2 months)

  • Have difficulty keeping eyes closed

  • Have difficulty laying down for extended periods of time

  • Are allergic to Lash Adhesives

PRE CARE:​

  • Please arrive with eyes clean and free of all make up products.

  • No caffeine 2 hours before the appointment. It can cause eye lids to jitter/jump.

  • If you wear contacts please remove them before your appointment. 

 

POST CARE:

  • Avoid getting lash extensions wet for the first 24 hours. 

  • Avoid all oil-based eye products, creams.

  • Avoid using any mascaras on lash extensions, but especially waterproof mascara.

  • Use only water-based makeup & makeup remover.

  • Remove makeup around the eye gently with a cotton swab. 

  • Do not perm, tint, or use an eyelash curler on lash extensions. 

  • Be careful to avoid pulling lash extensions or rubbing eyes. 

  • Wash lash extensions everyday with Lash Shampoo. 

  • To extend the life of your lashes, schedule fills every 2-3 weeks, depending on your lash growth cycle speed.
